The configuration is suitable for customer who need ultra high productivity and have a very short delivery window. With the use of our DURALINK® printheads, knowzzleJet™ can deliver a speed of up to 150m/min in the width of 34.5 inches duplex mode. The offset presses already using the web presses of 880mm width can upgrade their print setup to digital in a seamless way.
Only machine available with online folding and gluing option:
The available option of online folding (fixed and variable) gives a big push to the whole process and customers don’t need to do offline folding, thus reducing one process and save manpower costs.
The gluing option can be used to make spine glued booklets of various sizes and is a big step to automate the question paper and answer sheets for security printing.
